Sensitive in a similar way as your products are the corresponding data. At all our sites we rely on the SAP-based warehouse-management-system S/Log. This allows the seamless integration into existing IT-processes, from material-flow-control up to reporting. All data of all sources bundle up in our data-warehouse, where they are densed and analysed. Our controlling and reporting feed from these numbers. The data is hosted fail-safely in our leading German data center.
We take over your order management. Meaning your client orders are directly sent to us: per fax, email, EDI or other interfaces. The benefit: You outsource the work and are ensured, that your offer is processed as quickly as possible. In addition, our IT-system enables you to monitor the completion of your orders.
The order process along with order-to-cash includes the entire process, from goods receiving up to cash receipt. We herewith function either as wholesaler under our own name or act as a service provider on your behalf. When getting orders ready for shipment, we invoice your clients, take care of payment receipts, process payments and manage the receivables accountancy as well as diverse financial services. It cannot possible get more convenient and safe at the same time for you.
Within Lox|Cloud storage we offer you various options which we can release for you upon request. You will have access to all of your documents, e.g. invoices, GMP production documents and KPI reports. Make use of our company’s wide-ranging database including contact persons, company’s site details or delivery times. Moreover Lox|Cloud allows access to our customer service hotfolder. In addition you can retrieve our newsfeed with all relevant pharmaceuticals market trends.

We take over additional work or rework in terms of your production process, e.g. the production and packaging of your pharmaceutical products. Following your standards we create medical samples, packaging for hospitals or different country versions for export. For this we are certified and fully equipped.
You need samples for clinical studies? We are glad to handle this for you. We seal following your random list. Then we take care of the packaging and label the packages for patients under GMP-specifics following your specific requirements. We also take over the shipment to the test centers.
We add a unique ‚branding’ to your medical products: the datamatrix-code with the individual serial number in connection with individual production data such as product identification, expiry date and batch number. Which guarantees the originality and intactness of each medical unit. This process is not new for us – since 2015 we offer our services on markets such as Southern Korea, China and USA.
An important part of quality assurance is the handling of returns. We take over claims, ensure replacements or issue credit notes. Reliable, transparent and professional.
